All work carried out is done by very experienced professionals who know this business inside out... The work that gets produced is always of the highest quality and isn't rushed. Just so you know you are not getting a random company providing a random service. We love what we do, and put our all into our work. If we give suggestions and tips, please listen to what we say as we always do our best to ensure that you have the best outcome on your work.

All payments are either done via cash or bank transfer. We do not offer payment plans or refunds.

​

We require an upfront payment/deposit for the work carried out, which will be from 30/50% of the total price. Please note, deposits are non refundable once the job has been booked in.

​

All time frames can vary depending on the size of the job... We don't like to rush jobs but we certainly work in a timely manner. The amount of days it requires to complete your job will be discussed upon the first consultation. 

​

We do not need access to the inside of your property, if you need to be out of the household while we are working then please let us know so that we are aware. As long as we have access to your garden then that is fine. Please note, if there is no side entrance and the entrance to your garden is through your house please let us know. If you need to go out, and do not want us working while you are out.. Please warn us in advance so we can plan our day accordingly.

If we require the use of our digger for any groundwork, a health and safety assessment will be carried out before use to make sure it is safe to use machinery in your garden.

​

All rubble, dirt and rubbish will be cleared off the premises. Depending on the amount, there could be a small charge but we will discuss this with you when we price your job.

​

If we are working on your garden, please make sure your garden is free from any pet poop, garden furniture, toys or anything that will get in our way while we are tearing your garden up. Understandably, in some cases this can be hard to do. We are always willing to help you in cases where you need the extra help.

We use our own equipment which we bring with us, so please make sure there is a clear walkway/entrance to your garden if we have to bring in large equipment.

​

We do operate in all weathers, within reason. If the weather is just too bad to work in in terms of extreme rain, wind or snow... We will have to call the days work off and come back when the weather is appropriate to work in.

​

All quotes are to be done over the phone or through email, we will have to attend your premises first to be able to offer an accurate quote. We can quote from pictures, but please be aware that without seeing the garden or driveway properly it is very hard for us to quote accurately and if we get there and the area is different from the images then we will have the ability to adjust the quote.

If you do not like the work carried out, or the attitude or behaviour of our staff then please let us know at your quickest convenience so we can iron out any potential future issues that may arise. We do proudly have a 100% customer feedback rate, and we are proud to say that we have not ever received a negative comment. We love what we do and we always welcome all feedback good or bad.

Please make sure there is easy parking for our van, as this ensures us quicker and easier access to our tools.

​

For driveway work, please makes sure all vehicles and plant pots have been removed from the area.
